Anyone with average or above average intelligence
can be hypnotized.
You cannot be hypnotized against your will.
If you resist, it will not work.
Hypnosis requires your consent and willingness.
You can not be hypnotized if you are not willing to be.
You may remember that took place while you are in hypnosis.
You will not reveal intimate secrets while hypnotized.
You cannot become "stuck" in hypnosis since you retain control at all times.
YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN HYPNOTIZED:
If you have ever driven down a highway and begun to day-dream and you drove past
your exit or turn without realizing it, then you have experienced a light to medium hypnosis.
HYPNOSIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
Children below the age of 7 years old. Children really respond even
better to hypnosis than most adults, since they are not set in their ways of thinking. They are still very suggestible. Older
adults are more set in their beliefs and behaviors than children.
Children are quickly and easily helped in many issues they
may come up against. Learning, behavior, confidence, self esteem, sports improvement and many more issues.
